1.1. The 1win platform is an online gaming and betting service operated by NextGen Development Labs Ltd under the laws of Curacao (License № 8048/JAZ 2018-040).
1.2. Our services are strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
1.3. By registering an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your country of residence (including Malaysia).

2.1. You can create an account via quick registration (providing currency, phone number, email, and password), through supported social networks, or by connecting a crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, and 540+ others).
2.2. You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The name on your 1win account must match the name on your payment method.
2.3. 1win does not offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), biometric login (Face ID, fingerprint), or similar advanced security features. Account security is maintained through strong password protection and verification of contact details (email/phone).
2.4. Each user is permitted only one (1) account. Multi-accounting (creating multiple accounts using the same name, email, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of all funds.

3.1. 1win supports over 60 fiat currencies, including MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), as well as 15 major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, TON, DOGE, USDC, LTC, ZEC, XLM, XRP, XMR, BCH, DASH).
3.2. Crypto deposits are processed rapidly (often under 15 minutes, e.g., USDT via TRC-20). Standard crypto transactions do not require intrusive KYC checks, ensuring user privacy, though 1win reserves the right to request verification for large or suspicious volumes in compliance with AML regulations.
3.3. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. 1win may request identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals exceeding US$500 (or equivalent) or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
3.4. 1win does not charge internal fees for deposits or withdrawals, but third-party payment providers or blockchain networks may apply their own transaction fees.

4.1. New players are eligible for a welcome package of up to 500% + 500 Free Spreads on fiat deposits, or up to 600% on cryptocurrency deposits, distributed across the first four deposits.
4.2. 1win does not offer traditional “no-deposit bonuses”. Instead, we provide Vouchers (bonus codes) that grant free funds. These can be activated in the “Bonus Codes” section of your profile or via official 1win social media channels.
4.3. All bonus funds and winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements (e.g., x30 for the welcome bonus, x1 for cashback and 1win Points). Bonuses must be wagered in the “Bonus Wagering” category before withdrawal.
4.4. 1win reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if a player is found exploiting promotional offers, engaging in bonus hunting, or violating fair play rules.

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, chip dumping, match-fixing, or collusion with other players.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or reverse-engineer 1win Originals games (e.g., Lucky Jet, Plinko, Mines).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
